FAQ
1. Why does the Dashboard mark units as in attendance before they appear on the Zoom Webinar?
There might be a slight delay between the dashboard and the Zoom webinar. This is just a measure to ensure that units are noted as in attendance whether or not our Zoom API is working. The majority of owners who land on the meeting portal do end up joining the Webinar.
2. Who do I contact if I refresh Dashboard and notice that the In Attendance numbers are not updating based on attendees in Zoom?
If this happens, reach out to your GetQuorum support person using the live chat from the Dashboard. They will be able to look into a possible disruption with the service.
3. I have a panelist who is an owner, but they're not marked as "in attendance".
When this happens, it is most likely because the panelist is using a different email than what was provided for the unit.
