Dialing Panelists into the Meeting

If a panelist is experiencing difficulties joining the Dress Rehearsal or webinar, you can manually call in a panelist into the meeting.

Dialing in Panelists

You can call any phone number without an extension directly into the Zoom Webinar with the following steps:

1. Click on the participants button in the Zoom Webinar
2. Click on the Invite Button in the bottom left corner
3. Click on the Phone tab in the Invite box that appears
4. Enter the full name of the Panelist as well as their phone number:
5. Press Invite and Zoom will call them. You will know they are connected once you see their name under the participants list (Panelists).
