FAQ

1. Which reports can I share with the manager?

You can share any of the reports from the  Shared Documents tab (i.e. relevant to the meeting).  You may choose to send the other reports as well.

2. How do I share the recordings?

Next to each of the reports/ recordings in the Shared Documents tab, you will see a small down arrow, which will allow you to download the report/recording. The downloaded files will be saved under your Downloads folder on your device.
Please note that the audio and video recordings are too large to send as an attachment in an email. You can send a shareable link under the Webcast tab. This will copy the URL and passcode to your clipboard, which you can paste in an email.
