Filtering Down Membership Information

This article covers how to filter down the Membership tab in the Dashboard. This is helpful when you'd like to identify which units have submitted proxies, who has registered for the meeting, which owners are panelists, or if there are any multi-unit owners.

What Information Can be Filtered

1.  Which units are in attendance 

2. Which units have submitted an advanced vote (proxy), including any paper proxies that have been uploaded

3. Which units are in arrears (entered by the host)

4. Which units have owners who are also panelists

5. Which units have test voters (such as the host or the property manager)

6. Which units are multi-unit owners

7. For any custom values (i.e. owner occupied units), you can choose to filter by true or false (i.e. true = owner occupied unit, false = offsite owner).


How to Filter the Membership Information

1. Head over to the  Membership tab. 

2. To filter the  Membership list down, click on the blue Filters button.

3. A side-bar will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Under the  Filters options, choose which of the filters you'd like to use. You can choose more than one.

4. Click on the grayed out  Membership part of your screen to close out the Filters menu. You will see that the membership list has been filtered down.


FAQ

1. How do I remove the filter(s)?

Click on the Filters button. In the right-hand side bar, click on the "X" next to Filters to remove all filters. Alternatively, to remove one filter, click on the filter to unselect it.

2. What does "matches all" and "matches any" mean?

If you want to filter to the records that meet ALL of the conditions that you set, please use the MATCHES ALL option.

If you want to see records that satisfy ANY of the conditions you set, please select the MATCHES ANY option.
