Submit an electronic proxy

Task: How to fill out and submit an electronic proxy in advance to your virtual meeting (optional)

Instructions

1. Click on the "Complete Your Proxy" button in the email received from GetQuorum
2. Your web browser will open and you will land on the electronic proxy submission page
3. Click on "Let's Get Started" to fill our proxy
4. Confirm your ownership information and click next
5. Each subsequent voting matter will let you know how many choices you have to make
6. Select candidates or responses
7. Click "Next Step" once you finishing a voting matter
