Fix audio issues on a computer

Task: How to resolve audio issues after having joined the meeting on your desktop or laptop computer (the integrated portal via a web browser)

Instructions

  1. Click on the link "Audio issues? Open in Zoom"
  2. A dialogue box will pop up on the screen click the blue "Join via Zoom" button
  3. Zoom will launch or you will be prompted to download the app
  4. Once Zoom has opened, you can leave the meeting stream on your web browser
  5. You will then need to navigate between your Zoom app which will have the audio and video stream and your voting portal in your web browser where you will cast your vote
