Access the help center from the Meeting Card
You can review any of our help center articles directly from the meeting card!
- Click on the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the meeting card.
- In the top of the window, click on "Answers".
- You can search a key word (i.e. "paper proxy") or scroll through the articles.
- If you need assistance, get in touch with our support team using the live chat (see below).
How to get live help from GetQuorum during the meeting
- If you need live help while you're hosting a virtual meeting using the GetQuorum Dashboard, you can easily contact a member of our team in the meeting card.
- Please note that you must initiate the chat conversation from the Dashboard in order to receive support!
- You will see a chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the meeting card, no matter which tab you are on.

Instructions
- Click on the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the meeting card to start a chat with a support team member.
- Click on "chat" to start a live chat with one our team members.
- Type in your question and press enter to send your questions. Someone from our support team will get back to you right away.
- To minimize the chat window, press the "X" at the bottom right corner of the chat box.
- Press the chat bubble icon again in the bottom right corner to bring back the open chat.
- We recommend keeping the chat open in case you need again throughout the meeting. When you no longer need help you can press the "End chat" button in the top right corner of the chat box.

- Can I use the email feature to contact GetQuorum?
If you have any questions during the day when you're not hosting, please email us "support@getquorum.com" to contact us. Once you begin hosting, please use the chat feature in Dashboard
2. What kind of help can the support team provide?
Ultimately, the support team is there to help you run a smooth virtual meeting! Some examples of when you may want to get in touch with the support team:
- you have a question about the Dashboard or the meeting card
- you get a Zoom License error message (do not try to restart the meeting-- get in touch right away!)
- you get stuck troubleshooting a voter issue
Please note that while the support team cannot help you scrutinize the results, they can point out the right steps to take.
