(Moderator) Arrears Updates

💡 Sometimes, the client will request us to update the status of a Unit to Arrears, this brief page covers the steps we follow.

❗ We do not interpret arrears forms, as the information in them can be difficult to interpret, and can become a liability for us.

Steps

1. Provide this Notion page to the client, and kindly inform them to follow the steps outlined in that guide to update a units arrears status.
2. If we receive significant push-back, notify your Support member, and ask the client to provide the list of Units in Arrears in a clearly outlined email to voters@getquorum.com.
