(Moderator) Arrears Updates

💡 This page covers arrears status unit updates.

Summary

Arrears updates are typically handled by the client prior to the meeting. The client has access to the Dashboard, and will make the necessary adjustments. Sometimes, however, they will state there are updates during the Pre-Meeting or Meeting.

Steps

Check if a unit is in arrears

  1. Navigate to the Membership.
  2. Click the FILTERS button at the top right.
  3. Click IN ARREARS.

Client needs to update unit arrears status

  1. Provide this Notion page to the client, and kindly inform them to follow the steps outlined in that guide to update a units arrears status.
  2. If we receive significant push-back, notify your Support member, and ask the client to provide the list of Units in Arrears in a clearly outlined email to voters@getquorum.com.

Updating arrears status

  1. Locate the unit.
  2. Expand the unit, and click Mark as Ineligible.

  1. Click Arrears, click Confirm.
