(Moderator) Post-Meeting Board Meetings

💡 If a client requests to hold a Post-AGM Board Meeting, we can facilitate this request based on the information outlined below.

Overview

  • Clients can choose (at any time) to host a post-formal meeting.
  • When informed in advance (during Sales or CSM stage), we will add a dash note to notify support and the moderator.
  • If the client requests this during the meeting, the moderator will ask:
    • Would you like to continue or stop the recording?
    • Should the moderator remain in or leave the meeting?
    • If the moderator is not needed, who should receive Host privileges? (Promote to Host, not co-host.)
    • Should we remove the remaining attendees or allow them to stay?

Moderator

If the Moderator is requested to stay

  • The recording can be stopped if specifically requested.
  • OT charges will apply if the meeting goes over 120 minutes.

If the Moderator is requested to leave

  • The recording can be stopped if specifically requested.
  • A note is made on the Dashboard and any notes regarding OT (>120 minutes) at the time the moderator leaves.
  • The client will not be charged OT if the moderator has left the meeting before the meeting reached 120 minutes.
