(Moderator) Post-Meeting Board Meetings
💡 If a client requests to hold a Post-AGM Board Meeting, we can facilitate this request based on the information outlined below.
Overview
- Clients can choose (at any time) to host a meeting after the formal meeting.
- If GQ is informed ahead of time (Sales or CSM stage) a dash note will be made to let support and moderator know.
- If client advises us during the meeting, the moderator will ask the client:
- Do you wish for us to resume or end the recording?
- Do you require the moderator to stay or leave the meeting?
- If the moderator is not required, who should we transfer Host abilities to? (Promote to Host, not co-host.)
- Do you want remaining attendees to be removed or allowed to stay?
- The Support member or the Moderator can make a Dashboard note.
If the Moderator is requested to stay
- OT charges will apply if the meeting goes over 120 minutes.
If the Moderator is requested to leave
- A note is made on the Dashboard and any notes regarding OT at the time the moderator leaves.
- The client will not be charged OT if the moderator has left the meeting before the meeting reached 120 minutes.
