(Moderator) Saving the Chat

💡 This page covers how to save a Chat transcript.

Summary

This can be useful if the Property Manager or Chair has confirmed or verified something in Chat. This option saves the chat as a text file locally on your device. For now, saved images/documents can be sent to the corresponding Support member through HelpScout Chat.

Steps

  1. Click the ellipses (...) in the bottom right of the Participants Chat.


  1. Click Save Chat. It will prompt you to save a copy of it locally.

❗ If anything is communicated to you by the client that you think you need to record, you can either acquire a screenshot, or use this method.
