(Moderator) Saving the Chat
💡 This page covers how to save the Panelist Chat in the event we need it for record keeping purposes, such as confirmation of Membership status change, additional RTV matters, etc.
This can be useful if the Property Manager or Chair has confirmed or verified something in Chat. This option saves the chat as a text file locally on your device. Eventually, you'll be able to upload this to a GetQuorum-only tab in the Dashboard. For now, saved images/documents can be sent to the corresponding Support member through HelpScout Chat, or to the CSR directly through Slack.
Steps
- Click the ellipses (...) in the bottom right of the Participants Chat.
- Click Save Chat. It will prompt you to save a copy of it locally.
