(Moderator) Last-Minute Paper Proxies

💡 This page covers how to approach a client that states in the Pre-Meeting or Meeting they have additional Paper Proxies they’d like factored into the results.

Steps

  • If a client mentions having extra paper proxies during the pre-meeting or meeting, kindly direct them to this Notion page: Uploading Paper Proxies, which will walk them through uploading them. We always recommend the client upload any Paper Proxies as we cannot interpret them ourselves.
  • If they insist on us uploading them, kindly remind them that we don't accept scanned copies or pictures and that the Support team will email them a template to fill out with the relevant details.
