Methods

💡 For account users, the same credentials used to log in to the Dashboard are also used to log in to the Registration Desk.

URL:

https://app.registrationdeskapp.com/

This URL will take you to the Reg. Desk login page. It can be accessed from a computer or mobile device.

Account User:

On the left side of the Dashboard, under External Links, click the Registration Desk link. This will directly open the page for the Reg. Desk.

Reg. Assistant:

Those added as a Reg. Assistant will receive an email with a link to the Reg. Desk and also a prompt to create their username and password.
