Q&A
-
Throughout the meeting, attendees may write questions into the Q&A.
-
GetQuorum recommends funneling all technical support related questions through the Q&A so that the issues can be handled without disrupting the meeting.
- From the Q&A window, Panelists and Hosts have the ability to privately or publicly reply to the attendee; they can also dismiss the questions (i.e. if they are irrelevant or rude comments).
- The questions written are only visible to the panelists and the host.
- However, attendees can see the question if you hit the “answer live” button or if you type an answer back without checking off "Send privately".
FAQ
1. Who can see the questions in the Q&A window?
All open or dismissed questions are visible only to the panelists or the host. If a question is answered privately in writing, only that attendee and the panel may see the reply. If a question is answered live or if a reply was not private, all attendees will see that question.
2. Can attendees who have dialed into the meeting ask questions?
Any attendee who has dialed into the meeting will not have the Q&A feature, but they can raise their hand by pressing *9 on their dial pad and then *6 to unmute themselves when prompted to by the host.
3. Can I provide a copy of the Q&A report to the manager after the meeting?
The Q&A report will be accessible under the Recordings tab in the GetQuorum dashboard for you to download after the meeting. You can read here to learn more about the post meeting reports available to you.
