  • When reading the results, it is best practice to ensure the voting matter is sorted by descending total votes to ensure accuracy.
  • To sort a column, click on the header of the column (i.e. Total)

FAQ

1. One of the owners was having too much trouble using the tool, so I received their vote via the Zoom Chat/ Q&A. Can I combine this with the votes submitted through GetQuorum?

Yes! Under each voting item, there is a column called "Additional". As a last resort, you can write in numbers on the blank fields to indicate any additional votes (i.e. ones not submitted through the GetQuorum voting tool). These votes will be combined with the advance and live votes.

2. How do I remove the advanced votes for a candidate who was removed from the live-vote ballot?

Next to each candidate's name, you will see an eligible button. Click on this to toggle the status to 'ineligible'. You will notice that the candidate will be moved to the bottom of the list with their votes no longer displayed.

3. How do I see if an individual unit has voted?

Head over to the Questions tab and click on "View Votes". You can filter by question (voting matter) or search by owner (name, unit, email)
