FAQ

1. What if someone else from my team is also hosting?

You can both press Start as host from the Webcast tab in the Dashboard to join the meeting.

2. Why should attendees not chat with everyone?

Turning off chat for attendees can streamline the meeting and reduce distractions. Attendees can use the Q&A button to communicate via text to panelists. Chat can be most efficiently used as a tool between panelists.

3. Why turn off anonymous Q&A?

For the purposes of the minutes and streamlining the meeting, it's best to have already the owner's name and number by the written question they submit.

4. What does the blue "Start Webinar" button once you're in the webinar do?

This button turns off practice mode and allows all your attendees to join. This should not be pressed until you've wrapped up dress rehearsal and you're ready to let all owners into the webinar and start the official recording.
