Join the virtual meeting on a computer

Task: how to join the virtual meeting using a laptop or desktop computer 

Instructions

  1. About 30 minutes prior to the meeting you will receive an email with the subject line "Meeting and Voting Portal Link"
  2. Click on the blue "Go to my meeting portal" button in the email
  3. The portal will open in your browser (we recommend you use Google Chrome for the best experience)
  4. Click on the "Click to Join" icon in the middle of your screen
