Task: How to join the virtual meeting from a tablet or phone

Instructions

1. About 30 minutes prior to the meeting you will receive an email with the subject line "Meeting and Voting Portal Link"
2. Check spam/junk if you're not seeing this email from notices@getquorum.com
3. Click on the blue "Go to my meeting portal" button in the email
4. You'll be brought to the meeting portal in a new browser page
5. Under the "How to join" box in the meeting portal, click on the Zoom link ("Click here to open the Zoom Webinar")
6. In the dialogue box pop-up, click on the blue button to open the Zoom meeting or you can copy and paste the Zoom link into a new browser page.
7. You may be prompted to download the Zoom app on your device if you have not already done so
8. The host will let you in once registration opens
