Voting live on a tablet or phone

Task: How to cast your live when you've joined the meeting from a cell phone or tablet and/or are using the Zoom app

Instructions on voting when you've joined via the Zoom app

1. 30 minutes prior to the meeting, you receive an email with the subject line "Meeting and Voting Portal Link"
2. Check spam/junk if you're not seeing this email from notices@getquorum.com
3. Click on the blue "Go to my meeting portal button" in the email, which opens your voting portal
4. Click on the vote tab at the bottom, your voting portal is now open and you can review any proxies submitted
5. You can now navigate between your meeting voting portal on your mobile web browser and your Zoom app  when you're ready to vote
6. To navigate between the virtual meeting stream in Zoom and the voting portal, simply navigate between apps as you normally do on your device (i.e. swipe up, press your home button etc.)
