Voting live on a computer

Task: How to cast your live vote when you've joined the meeting from a computer using a web browser

Instructions

1. If you have cancelled your proxy, when a live voting matter has begun the question will automatically appear on your screen
2. A countdown of the time remaining to vote on the specific matter is visible at the top of the screen
3. The number of votes available to you will also be indicated
4. Click the box by your choice to select it
5. Click on a checked box to unselect the choice and change it to another
6. Once you have finished your selections press the blue "Next" button
7. You will be asked to confirm your selection, press the blue "Confirm" button to do so
8. A confirmation message "Your vote has been recorded" will appear on the screen
9. If there are more voting matters they will automatically appear on the screen
