Resending meeting invites to owners
When an owner is having trouble finding their meeting invite or their voting portal link, you can easily send owners their link from the Meeting Card!

How to resend a meeting invitation to an owner
Note: this invitation they receive will contain a button to register for the meeting and their proxy button if they wish to submit one in advance to the meeting
Instructions- one unit
- Navigate to the Membership tab from the left side menu on the meeting card.
- Find the name, email or unit number of the owner.
- Click anywhere on the unit line and on the voter card, click on the blue "Invite" button, then hit "Send".
Instructions to send invites in bulk
- Navigate to the Membership tab from the left side menu on the meeting card
- Find the name, email or unit number of the owner
- Check the box beside each unit in the Membership, click on "Bulk Actions" then click on "Send Meeting Invite Email"
FAQ
- The invite button is not blue.
This means that the unit does not have a member with an email address in the system. You will need to update the email of an owner before sending the meeting invitation.

You can resend their invite through the Webcast tab.
