How to Access the Survey Tool

To get started, you must have an active GetQuorum subscription. Please email our sales team at contact@getquorum.com if you do not have an active subscription, and are interested in learning more. 

1. Log into the GetQuorum dashboard here.

NOTE: If you need help setting up your password or have forgotten it, please email support@getquorum.com and a team member will send you a password reset email.

2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the nine white boxes

3. Click the "Surveys App"
