How to Create a New Survey

First through the GetQuorum dashboard you will select the Survey App, and click on the blue icon titled NEW SURVEY.

Select your Account
Name your survey for example: Test Survey
You can then select if the survey will be Anonymous or not.
Finally you are able to create an optional message that your members will be able to view when they open the survey. Note: this is not required for the Survey Setup.

Now your survey is created and you can view it on the dashboard.
