Task: How to dial into the meeting on a telephone using one of Zoom's toll free meeting numbers

Important notes for dial in attendees

Dialling into a virtual meeting provides  limited participation including raising your hand (*9) and unmuting yourself to speak (*6) when prompted to do so by the host. 

If you wish to vote, submit a paper proxy to your meeting organizer before the meeting.

You also have the option of submitting your email address to the meeting organizer in advance if you want to gain access to live electronic voting.

Instructions

1. From Canada, dial one of the following toll free numbers

2. Following the prompts enter the Meeting ID (see meeting package)
3. Following the prompts enter the Meeting Passcode (see meeting package)
4. If the meeting has not started yet, ignore the prompt to enter the host key
5. Press # and wait for the meeting to start
6. If prompted to enter. your unique participant ID, press # to skip this step as well
