Q: Can I make a survey anonymous?

A: Yes! Surveys can be anonymous, or not anonymous. Please read our article, "How to Create a New Survey" to learn more.

Q: How do members respond to surveys?

A: Members will receive a link to complete the survey in their email inbox.

The email will be sent from no-reply@getquorum.com.

Q: What types of questions can I ask?

A: You can ask four types of questions, Radio buttons (one-choice), Checkboxes (multiple-choice), Rating (maximum of 10 stars), and Short Answer.

Q: Can I change the order questions are asked?

A: Yes, first you must navigate to the Questions tab. In front of each question there is two horizontal blue lines. Using the horizontal lines, drag the question to your desired order.

Q: What happens if I delete a question or member?

A: When you delete a member, you permanently delete any responses submitted by that member. When you delete a question, all responses to that question are permanently deleted.

Q: Where can I add attachments?

A: You can add attachments in the Attachment tab! Attachments must be in PDF format.
