FAQ
1.Should I let GetQuorum know in the event of a tie?
It is not necessary to inform GetQuorum that a tie has occurred; however, if you need technical support with setting the question up, please do not hesitate to reach out to your GetQuorum Support member!
2. What if there is a tie-breaker for the Owner-Occupied position?
You can toggle on "Owner Occupied Question". If we were provided with the onsite/offsite owner data (you can review in the Membership tab under Custom Data), you can also choose to toggle off the "Allow all units to self-declare as Owner Occupied", and you will see an Advanced Option appear.
If we do not have the onsite owner data, please ensure that you toggle on the "Allow all units to self-declare as Owner Occupied" question.
