Virtual Meeting Deliverables

In order to ensure that your virtual meeting is a success, please see below for the timeline of deliverables required

1. Masters Services Agreement (MSA): GetQuorum requires the client to sign and return the agreement, which will be sent in a separate email to the client by GetQuorum.

  • GetQuorum requires this agreement to be signed in order to render services, so it should be signed as soon as possible.

2. Ownership Data and Meeting Package: GetQuorum requires a list of the current owners in an excel spreadsheet so that we can set up the virtual meeting campaign. This can be provided as soon as possible; we will also require the meeting package in order to serve notice. Please see here for more details.

3. Panelist information: Panelists are the equivalent of a virtual head table. The partner host is responsible for obtaining the panelist information from their client, adding them into the GetQuorum system, and sending the panelist invites.

4. Paper Proxies & Ineligible Voters: As the partner host, you will need to ensure that all paper proxies have been added into the GetQuorum system and that all ineligible voters are updated in our system (i.e. blocked from voting).

5. Dress Rehearsal: We recommend that the property manager attends the Dress Rehearsal to confirm any last minute details or agenda items.

FAQ

1. Will GetQuorum communicate these deliverables to the manager?

If GetQuorum is provided with the manager's contact information, we can reach out to the manager to advise them of the deliverables.

2. Will GetQuorum assist with obtaining these deliverables?

If GetQuorum is provided with the property manager's contact information, the GetQuorum customer success team can assist you with obtaining some of these deliverables. However, it is ultimately the partner's responsibility to ensure that GetQuorum receives the required documentation.
