Getting Started & Notice

1. Sign and return the GetQuorum Master Service Agreement (this can be done by the property manager) sent in a separate email to you when the meeting was booked.

2. Provide Ownership Data: send GetQuorum (support@getquorum.com) an Excel file with the contact information from owners, as soon as possible.

Meeting Deliverables

3. Confirm the Dress Rehearsal Date and Time: this will automatically be scheduled one hour prior to the meeting, but you can modify the time if needed.

4.  Panelist Information: input the panelist information into the GetQuorum dashboard.

5. Input paper proxies into the GetQuorum dashboard: convert paper proxies into electronic proxies by entering them into the dashboard. It's recommended to have this done by the Dress Rehearsal.

6. Update any ineligible units in the GetQuorum dashboard: confirm with the manager which units are ineligible to vote and ensure those units are marked accordingly in the

Showtime: a Typical Virtual Meeting Timeline

At the meeting, the partner host (moderator) is responsible for:

  1. Conducting a dress rehearsal with your meeting's chairperson and panelists.
  2. Completing and announcing attendance for quorum.
  3. Facilitating all aspects of the meeting with the meeting's chairperson.
  4. Running all motions and live voting during the meeting.
  5. Tabulating and announcing all voting results.
